Resolved Question: What doctors southern california helped with painkillers? (names)?

Preferably in inland empire. I have severe chronic pain in my neck and back. I have charcot marie tooth. I spent money today to see a pain specialist (when i cant even afford to eat) and he didn't do anything just told me to get x rays and then sent me to the emergency room for norco withdrawls. Do you know a doctor that wouldn't do this to me, and actually help me with my pain by giving me pain killers for some relief. The only pain killers that work for me are norco, hydromorphone....
